Dr Axel Y. Poschmann has over 15 years of global experience across Asia, Europe, the US, and the Middle East in both industry and academia. As VP of Product Security & Innovation at PQShield, he is responsible for the technical security assurance and innovation roadmap of PQShield’s quantum-safe cryptographic solutions, ensuring their robustness, certifiability, and future readiness. He drives the translation of cutting-edge cryptographic research and patented technologies into secure, product-ready capabilities across hardware and software platforms. Previously, he held roles at xen1thLabs and NXP Semiconductors. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
