Secure group communications have become a mainstay of modern life, but current encryption solutions do not scale well as user numbers increase.
At Asiacrypt 2020, Thomas Prest – co-submitter of NIST PQC finalist, Falcon, and head of our Advanced Cryptography Protocols team – will present his research on multi-recipient key encapsulation mechanisms (mKeM), a scalable solution that can provide bandwidth savings, reduce computation costs and drastically shorten encryption times for secure group messaging.
If you can’t attend live, a recording of his session is available to watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvXf-AEKbf4&ab_channel=TheIACR
