Product Definition Supplement

TO THE TECHNOLOGY LICENSE AGREEMENT

v2.0 – 7th October 2025

This Product Definition Supplement (“PDS”) forms part of the Technology License Agreement between PQShield Ltd. and Licensee. Defined terms used but not referenced in this PDS will have the meanings given to those terms in the TLA and Schedule.

PQShield will update this document from time to time.

DEFINITIONS

1. “Hardware Product” means PQShield Technology that is intended to be used in a silicon device, as marked in the table below.
2. “Software Product” means PQShield Technology that is designed to control data, applications or inputs, using a computer or program, as marked in the table below.

Where items are marked with a ✓, the PQShield Technology includes the following deliverable types. 

Where items are marked with a (✓), the PQShield Technology may include the following deliverable types for a limited, specific purpose where a license is granted. For example, we may provide source code for certification purposes.

PQShield occasionally remixes its product portfolio. This table provides the mapping between the original product and the new product:

**Note: In the case PQ wraps one (smaller) product into another (larger) product and removes it from the main table, the Partner may be automatically granted license rights to the new larger product, on the same commercial terms as the smaller one, using this scheme.  This is because the unique identifier used in the contact is the product name.
