Michael has been with PQShield since 2021, just before the company raised its Series A funding round. Since then, PQShield has grown to 75 people in 10 countries, and recently raised a successful Series B round. Michael leads the Operations Team, which includes People & Talent, Finance, Compliance, and IT & Infrastructure.
Michael has been building out the operational side of startups and scaleups for 10 years, with experience in fintech and FMCG, as well as cybersecurity.
When not working, Michael’s passions are fitness and exercise, and he particularly enjoys running. He also enjoys skiing in the winter, as well as watching F1 (particularly taking part in PQShield’s F1 fantasy league!).
