Faheema worked in the cryptocurrency space, where she played a pivotal role focusing on recruitment in Product & Data. Her expertise extends beyond traditional recruiting tasks. She actively engages in wider business initiatives. Her strategic approach and dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives underscore her commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces. Throughout her career, Faheema has demonstrated strong leadership skills, mentored junior colleagues and conducted training sessions to foster their professional development. Her ability to establish strong long-lasting rapport with stakeholders, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored talent solutions has consistently set her apart as a trusted partner in talent acquisition.

Faheema holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and is deeply committed to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

She joined PQShield in November 2023, and with her passion for connecting top talent with opportunities that drive innovation and growth, she continues to make a significant impact in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

She is in charge of sourcing exceptional individuals who not only bring the right skills but also align with PQShield’s mission, values, and collaborative spirit. Faheema is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. She plays a strategic role in building the teams that will shape PQShield globally.

Faheema loves traveling and lives in London. In her spare time, you can find her reading, knitting presents for family/friends and trying new restaurants.
