With over 15 years of experience shaping people strategies in fast-moving, high-growth environments, Béatrice brings a thoughtful blend of strategic insight and operational know-how to her role as Head of People at PQShield.
Since joining in early 2022, she has worked closely with colleagues across the company to grow a people function that supports PQShield’s global and evolving culture—encouraging collaboration across 10+ countries, promoting inclusive practices, and laying strong foundations for innovation. Together, the People Team has developed systems, processes, and strategies that help colleagues do their best work while staying aligned with our mission to lead in quantum-secure cryptography.
Outside of work, Béatrice enjoys recharging through sport, travel, and family adventures—whether hiking unfamiliar trails, trying new recipes, or playing a friendly game of tennis.
