We’re thrilled to be attending and speaking at Crypto 2026, Santa Barbara, California. This year, our Cryptography Researcher Bachir Lachguel is presenting a paper co-authored by PQShield and reseachers from the University of Rennes: Toward a Secure Fixed-Point Implementation of the Falcon Signature Scheme – which outlines a new way to run the pre-standardized PQC algorithm Falcon using fixed-point arithmetic rather than floating-point math, essentially making Falcon safer from timing attacks and easier to run on low-power devices. In addition, our Lead Cryptography Researcher Shuichi Katsumata will be chairing the session “Lattice-based cryptography”, and PQShield Head of Research, Thomas Espitau will be in attendance.
For more information on the event, see the Crypto 2026 agenda here.
