Panel Discussion points will include:
- Given the technologies and the standards put in place, what is the right time to start migrating?
- What would be the optimal choice of technologies considering PQC, PQC-Classic hybrid, and PQC-QKD hybrid? Can we identify clear use cases for each?
- How can a cryptographic asset inventory help beyond the identification of cryptosystems
- Are there primitives that are easier to migrate when we compare Encryption vs Signatures?
- If the store now decrypt later attack does not apply to signatures, does it mean we can avoid migrating them? Is it better to migrate only once, or 2 times, or by phases?
- What would be the impact of underestimating quantum computers? what if they can break some of the post quantum primitives? What if they could break classical cryptography earlier than expected?
