Welcome to our Meet the Team series where each month we will be introducing a member of the PQShield team and sharing a little about what they do for us here at PQShield. Next up in the series is Matthew Stubbs, Senior Technical Author.

Matt is our Senior Technical Author, working on technical documentation, white papers, blogs and publications. With a key focus on language and messaging, Matt is an expert at shaping the technical content of PQShield’s output, whether he’s summarising intricate product knowledge, or communicating detailed concepts to a much wider audience.

Matt joined PQShield in November 2022, having previously worked as a technical author in a number of different industries. He also spent some time as a laser physicist, probing the question of what happened in the high-intensity plasma generated by the Big Bang, but that turned out to be less exciting than it sounds, and so he ended up writing about it, rather than designing experiments.

In his spare time, Matt really enjoys reading, walking, and writing. He’s a big fan of food and will always be up for a trip to the Lebanese Bakery; he doesn’t think there’s much out there that’s better than a chicken shawarma. And that’s saying something, for someone who studied the first few seconds of the universe!
